Day 1: Arrive at Marrakech

We welcome you at Marrakech airport; the driver welcome you and assist you with the luggage by carriers. Transfer to the hotel selected for the night introduction of the guide (optional) and the explanations about the tour.

Day 2: Guided City Tour of Marrakech - The Pearl of the South

Meet your guide and driver at the lobby of the hotel for an explorative guided city tour of Marrakech, a journey full of heritage, culture, and history.

Explore the red city, founded in the 11th century by the Almoravid Sultan Youssef Ben Tachafine, Marrakesh becomes the capital of the Kingdom; it is enriched with great constructions before knowing, under the Alawites, a more secondary role. Called "the Red City" or "the Pearl of the South", Marrakech is a fascinating city.

It enchants visitors with its contrasting colors: ocher earth color of its homes, green of the palm grove, and white snow-capped mountains of the Atlas, as well as its remarkable world heritage monuments and huge shady gardens. Berbers and Arabs meet there, the nomads and mountaineers converge there, the goods are overflowing, and the craftsmanship shines there, below palaces, casinos, hotels, and gulfs; which make it an essential complement to a stay of great quality. Marrakech is indeed the capital of southern Morocco!

Visit the main monuments of the city: the gardens of Majorelle, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Badia Palace, the souks, and the medina. Then, enjoy a cup of mint tea on a terrace overlooking the live square and the beaten heart of Marrakech; JemaaLafna Square where your Marrakech city tour will end.

Day 3: Marrakech, Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate - wander through the movie scenes

After breakfast at your hotel, we leave to the south to explore deep Morocco and meet the locals, we will cross the High Atlas, by the TizinTichka pass (2,260m altitude), the highest road in Morocco.

Continue crossing the amazing Berber villages until you reach the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, marked as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1987, a fortified enclosure inside a walled town that you surely recognize, since this Citadel has been the scene of such famous films as Gladiator, Sahara, Asterix, and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra, among many others.

Here, we will stop for lunch in a local restaurant before heading to Ouarzazate, where we will stop to visit the African Hollywood atlas studios where many famous films and movies were shot. And then, we will continue to the heart of the city to explore another world heritage site; the Kasbah Taourirte before check-in to our Hotel.

Day 4: Dades Valley, Todra Gorges and Merzouga Desert - camel rides
