Welcome to Morocco!
Arrive at Marrakech, transfer from the airport, and stay at a comfortable hotel. Free time to discover the city.
After breakfast, we will drive to Ourzazate and stay in a hotel.

We walk to Talhatine Ait Ounir (a 4-hour walk), we pass a stony plateau that looks like a moon landscape.
A picnic lunch will be prepared by our cook. Dinner and camping are in the small dunes in a beautiful environment. The camp itself is fairly basic; bedding, matrasses, and toilet facilities are provided.
We walk to Zahar (a 4-hour walk).
Once we arrive at the camp we walk to the big dune and enjoy the panoramic view. Dinner and camping are in the camp.
In the morning we walk for about 3,5 hours. Some parts will be over a hard plateau, but most of the time we walk in the dunes.
After our picnic lunch, we walk for another 1,5 hours in the dunes to the camp.
Today will be our longest walk: we walk about 6,30 hours.
The landscape is both dunes and stony deserts. We walk for 4 hours in the morning, enjoy our picnic lunch and walk for 2 more hours in the afternoon to our camp.
During the morning we will walk (4,5 hours) and pass the old village Mhamid El Ghizlane.
We have lunch in a palm grove and go to our hotel. We will stay in hotel ‘Chez le Pacha’, with a swimming pool. In the afternoon we have free-time.
Today we will return to Ouarzazate.
We pass Zagora and the Draa Valley, we lunch in Agdez and visit the pottery cooperative which is the origin of pottery in the most southern part of Morocco.
After that, we have a 1-hour drive to Ouarzazate and go to our hotel. After that, you will have free time.
Today we will return to Marrakech through the kasbah Ait Benhaddou.
Centuries ago, this was an important stop for caravans carrying salt across the Sahara. Today its grand kasbah, a fine example of clay architecture, has been listed as a World Heritage site. Ait Benhaddou is also known as Yunkai in Game of Thrones.
We will visit the Kasbah and admire the beautiful view from the top.
You have free time in Marrakech and we transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
