When my friend fell, he made sure to care for her and get her a seat while we finished our visit to the gardens. He also walked her to a local pharmacy for cream to prevent bruising. He walked each of us, who needed to get cash, to the ATM machines and helped us through the process. His efforts made the experience so welcoming and easy to think about returning to this very special country.

He is well organized, very knowledgeable about the area, flexible, always having a backup plan or two, joins the group at dinners when he could be using the time for himself, has a great sense of humor and a ready smile, and very important--he is constantly aware and reacts to the individual needs of group members. We chose OAT based on the experience of a friend of ours. It was the right choice for many reasons. Their planning was excellent, the handouts before the tour were excellent, and most of all, our guide. Hassan Hisse was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain minutiae when asked, culturally sensitive, constantly, making sure no one had disappeared in the winding alley's of Fez or Marrakech. What an experience, thanks in great part to Hassan. I would call this our most interesting and enjoyable holiday to date.
